Our car park will be on a first come first serve basis. We are looking to make this year even bigger than last, so booking a ticket doesn't guarantee a parking spot, we recommend car sharing where possible.

Tickets
Please bring your tickets with you on the night - you will be asked to present them on arrival. This is strictly a ticketed event. No tickets can be purchased on the evening.
Outdoor Event
95% of the event takes place outside, so please make sure you are dressed appropriately as we do not have the capacity for all guests to be inside the Club. We advise bringing raincoats and umbrellas just in case the British weather lets us down!
Vehicle Sharing/ Parking
Parking is not guaranteed, Please where possible to do so share your transportation to limit the number of vehicles on site. Once on site please follow the directions from the Site Safety Marshals, as we will be trying to maximise the use of our car park

All food and beverage purchases from Woodbury Park will be contactless payment only.
Food and Drink
Only food and drink purchased on site will be allowed. There will be a variety of food stands and an outside bar where tea, coffee and other refreshments will be available as well.
Sprinklers/Fireworks
In the interest of safety, external use of either sparklers or fireworks is not permitted and anyone found using them will be kindly asked to leave.
